Some useful information about booking your appointment
APPOINTMENT OPTIONS:
- We offer both online consultations and face-to-face appointments in London and Manchester.
- London face-to-face clinics take part at OneWelbeck (1 Welbeck St, London, W1G OAR) on Tuesdays with Lucy Kerrison.
- Manchester face-to-face clinic take part at Functional Gut Clinic (262 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4BG) on Tuesdays with Dr Emily Porter.
- Please include a brief note about what you would like help with when booking.
- If an appointment is needed within 48 hours, please email bookings@theguthealthclinic.com.
PAYMENT:
- A pre-payment is required upon booking to secure your appointment.
- For those paying via their private medical insurance, please book directly by emailing bookings@theguthealthclinic.com as these can't be booked online.
DIETITIANS:
- When you click on "see our availability" you will be given all the available time slots for the whole team.
- If you want to see availability for a particular clinician, you can choose them from the 'team' dropdown menu at the top.
- Please note that while all or dietitians are experts in IBS and general gut health optimisation, they all have additional specialist areas so it's important you choose the right dietitian for you (www.theguthealthclinic.com/the-team)
- If you're not sure which dietitian is right for you, please contact our bookings manager who will be more than happy to advise.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To be fair to other clients and our clinicians please be aware:
- If you can no longer make your appointment, you will need to provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee (72 hours if including the weekend)
- For late cancellations or non-attendance, the full appointment cost will still apply.
- If you are late arriving for your appointment, the time for the consultation will be reduced accordingly.
- Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time will be treated as non-attendance.
- If you are joining your appointment from overseas, remember that all times are provided in UK time; it is your responsibility to check what time this corresponds to locally.
